As of this writing (May, 2007) there are not a whole lot of places on the web that you can go and download custom reports nor can you find a ton of information about them. I've collected a few URLs below - feel free to add any links that you find as well!

* Tutorial for how to create your own custom reports:
1) Text only tutorial
2) Video tutorial

* The SQL Server 2005 Performance Dashboard reports - everyone should have these!

* The SQL Server 2005 SP2 samples include what are called the "Server Management Sample Reports" - on my machine, they are located at C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\90\Samples\Reporting Services\Report Samples\Server Management Sample Reports\ (with the README file called "readme_ServerManagementReports.htm"Wink

* Aaron Bertrand has a great report that shows the current blocking on your server. Check out his post, A custom report for Management Studio : Show Blocking

* Simon Sabin's Taskpad View for SQL Server 2005 custom report - available here (requires registration)

* The SQL Server Health and History Tool, although not specifically for SQL Server 2005's custom reports, can be a source of good ideas as well

That's IT! I just don't see a lot of these custom reports being made available yet. It is only May and SQL Server 2005's SP2 was not released until February 22nd *and* it's had huge problems... Maybe we'll get more Smile
