How TO Synchronisation SQL Server 2005 ??? Options

 Hii All
I want to synchronisation two sql server having same version. I want it to synchronisation every half an hour. How i will do it ?

If I will do synchronisation on production server will it affect the performance of that sever ? If yes is there any other way out ??

Plz help..........
